However, will I get in trouble for making out, feeling up, etc? Say if he brags about it to his friends and somehow the authorities found out about it, will I be charged with sexual assault since he is too young to consent to making out and feeling each other up? You knoow things that's aren't related to sexual intercourse. Age gap laws differ by state as well, read Romeo and Juliet laws. You are 3 years apart, it's pretty close.
