You are sow wrong about YG, without even talking about their potential in their current music department that is not used... Their other ventures+Acting department+their sub label+their strategy of signing big names/established artists+brand name (both in kpop fans and general public)... I honestly don't see them moving from the top any day soon (yeah they have a higher profit than SM (which has a higher revenue)) and that comes not from a YG stan

SME aka LSM and friends have pretty much begun their literal takeover with restaurants, entertainment, shopping and soon education. They'll be bigger than ever in a few years and their "fall" will be nothing but a slight bump to them.

JYP is a smart man and has that touch of gold... You call it a flop and then bam... #1. I just think he needs something more than music to keep himself and his legacy afloat.

YGE has like 3 subsidiaries to keep his mess from spilling over. He'll be okay as long as they continue their money making haul.

CUBE has fucked themselves over and PLEDIS is legit like this:

^ If PLEDIS's new girl group does well, they very well will overtake CUBE's spot.

DSP needs to better their management team if they have any hope of surviving. Starship is good and chilling, Fantiago is waiting to snatch everybody, Jellyfish is good as fuck...

lol yg makes a lot of money even without comebacks. Bigbang alone makes money more money than your faves who keeps coming back every month. THIS IS A FACT. SM and YG makes a lot of $$$$$ more than you think. Jyp is so behind them.

If you follow YG closely and are aware of its business, partners/investors and subsidiaries then you would know that this company isn't going anywhere. I know lot of people can't wait to see them fall for whatever reason, but what they don't get is that YG is not ran by stupid, inexperienced and uneducated people who are unfamiliar with the industry they're operating in. We are not talking just about music, but also acting, fashion, food and recently sport.

JYP is still the most vulnerable, simply because they're the smallest. 2PM is their biggest revenue source and about to enlist. Suzy's contract is up next year. That's still the bulk of their earnings right there. They really need GOT7 and Twice to both keep growing.

YG will have their own congromelate soon! As a company they're too big now! Aside from the music side They have actors/actress,modelling,advertising company, clothing line, make up line, clubs, food and beverages and soon to be opened K-pop cluster.

SM and YG are practically brands. They have so many ventures, investments, subsidiaries, etc it's unreal. They'll never be overtaken as top 2.

JYP is doing great now but their position as part of the Big 3 has always been the more vulnerable of the 3. They have other ventures and investments as well but with much more failures than the other two. They need to step it up when it comes to that. If history has taught us anything is that as high as they may be now they can just as quickly fall. :imstupid:

Interesting to see that companies that were up and rising to the potential 3rd and 4th spot have fallen a bit i.e, FNC, CUBE, DSP, Starship, etc.

What's with the desire to see YG fail so much?

Isn't obvious that JYP seems to be in a more precarious situation than YG? YG can offset losses from BB with the acting department and the other businesses seem to be stable, even their troubled make-up brand. Dara and GD seem to have stunted its drain and slowly rebuilding it. Before TOP, Taeyang, and GD join the military next year, we'll likely get new music and tour from them. Then it's two years of possibly lower profits but if Epik High, Ikon and Winner are able to increase their tour numbers from this year, YG will be ok. Maybe, the YG ladies will do their own tour.

I think YG will fall first. Mr. Yang is everything of YG whereas SM and JYP have systematic admin charts and make strategic yearly plans.
