There is a reason why he's called this generation's icon and if it was that easy, other idols would already be as popular as him but even after 10 years ,no one else even comes close. It's after years of consistent release of hit songs IMO, from idol this generation, I don't see anyone surpassing GD yet. He literally composed and produced the holy trinity, Lies, Haru Haru and Last Farewell by himself after 2nd year of BB's debut. Then, on the 3rd year, his solo album Heatbreaker won many Daesangs.
