Yoona confirmed to join K2 with Ji Chang Wook?

It said that yoona initially declined due to difficulties but the staff pursuaded her more to join and so accepted the offer. Her role would be the hidden daughter of a presidential candidate and a mother whose a previous star. She developed panic disorder and fear of cameras. She will be back from france and take revenge in the drama. Expected to air mid November.

I'm kinda of nervous about this, hopefully she doesn't get too much hate from knetz if it is indeed true she got the role...

 

BUT at the same time if it's true I will def. be happy she finally booked a lead role in a Korena Drama, it's about fucking time!!!

Not only that but with a hotter & younger male lead (Ji Chang Wook) compared to previous leads she co stared with. No shade lol.

I read some comments and a lot are cheering for her and said both of them would look good with each other. But are also worried bc it's the yongpal scripwriter.

Please it's been 3 years since Yoona last k-drama so i really hope this project will be good  :rlytearpls:

Well, the plot could be shit, but i'm still be watching for the visuals and the chemistry  :dave:

I'm worried that they'll gonna butcher her char in the long run like in love rain and PMI. But in yongpal, they butchered the plot itself lol. Hope the writers will do better this time. I really wanna watch this not just bc of their visuals.

I feel like the outcome of this drama will have a huge impact in her acting career in Korea. K-netz seem to have judged her already as 'mediocre', so like this drama would either break or cement that perception.

 

Personally though, I've only seen her in Love Rain. Terrible plot and no chemistry, but I thought that Yoona did well and I enjoyed her comedic role.

 

I'll look forward to this! The leads and the plot are intriguing. Hope that she'll do great.
