ok so I have a paper due tonight and it's not so bad its around 1500 words

its a history paper on this slavery book yada yada and i did a shorter paper on the same book like a month ago but the issue is that the ebook i had been using has crashed or something and it wont let me use it and its been like that since yesterday so idk what to do!!!!

the book itself costs like $40 and im not about to shell out that much money just to buy the book for this essay!! and i searched everywhere for a free version or something and found nothing but shady dl links i dont want to use because i dont want a virus or something

now last time I did an assignment on this book I only skimmed it and it was a while ago so I dont remember any details but if it all goes to crap i might had to bs as much as i can and pretend to cite the book based on the little i remember.

what would you do if you were in this situation? what should I do???

What's the book?

i think its something like "the half has never been told: slavery and the making of american capitalism" by edward baptist

Use points from the original essay to make it seem like you read and bullshit the rest with filler... Can you find sparknotes or something on the book? Or ask a friend in the class

no i cant find any and no i cant talk to other people in class cause its an online class

Good luck to you. Do what you are best at: bs as much as you can.
