I can't help but feel sad for all the fishermen who lost their jobs. It also created distrust among citizens. Like who the hell would want to buy sea fish now and risk exposing themselves to heavy metal that can cause cancer or several kinds of painful deaths in the future? Not to mention, those areas are very dependent on tourism and now the sea there is basically destroyed. My mom has to buy fish produce in the US and brings back for god's sake.
