Why the hell they build it so close to Philppines and Malaysia?

Btw, why is the dotted lines so close to Phillippines and Malaysia?

Where are Phillippines and Malaysian supposed to fish then?

Didn't the court says the dotted lines are illegal? And no proof the dotted lines belongs to China?

So why are they building stuff closer to Philippines and Malaysia, and not build stuff closer to their country?

Greed or sinocentric?

Lol..... Go study first before commenting

Go read Treaty San Francisco 1951 and Treaty of Taipei 1952

LOL Apparently, the Tribunal judges studied it hard and well than you and guess what their decision is. Oh well, I understand your rant since if Philippines lost the case, apparently we will feel mad but not that childish to the point that we will build infrastructures on that area.

And yet, international politics can't do anything. China is too powerful, so I even doubt others will put sanctions on them, let's not even talk about  real operations to stop it. This is the world we live in, some claim the sea for greed an honour while others just want to feed their families.

Their claimed Nine Dash line even little bit overlapping with Indonesia EEZ, but I think China won't challenge Indonesian sovereignty since their economic interest with Indonesia is much more important.

Ridiculous because Indonesia is the southmost country in SEA.

At least it prove to me that their inconsistency shows that they claims SCS only because they feel they can do it with more to gain than to lose because those SEA countries aren't more powerful than them.

 paid PCA

Ever tried looking at Philippines's state? Would you even think that a third world country would spend such money to pay those judges for us to win? Oh God. Do you even know how corrupt our politicians are? Before they even think of paying those judges, those money will go to their pockets first. What's your defense now?

The Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) is an intergovernmental organization located at The Hague in the Netherlands. The PCA is not a court, but rather a bureaucracy that provide services of arbitral tribunal to resolve disputes between member states, international organizations, or private parties arising out of international agreements.

It should not be confused with the International Court of Justice which is the primary judicial branch of the United Nations, while the PCA is not a UN agency.

The PCA is not a “court" in the conventional understanding of that term but an administrative organization with the object of having permanent and readily available means to serve as the registry for purposes of international arbitration and other related procedures, including commissions of enquiry and conciliation.

Some media have incorrectly described the tribunal as "UN tribunal" or "UN-backed tribunal", the UN does not back the tribunal and the incorrect UN or UN-backed attribute confuses the PCA with the UN's ICJ.

Income and expenses

The income of the PCA relies on the arbitration services it provides to its clients. Unlike the judges from the International Court of Justice who are paid by the UN, members of the PCA are paid from that same income the PCA earns.

Fees and Costs

The Permanent Court of Arbitration is not a Non-governmental organization. The arbitrators charge and get paid by the case. It is not clear how to divide the money between the arbitrators and the court. There are fixed costs for certain procedures such as a non-refundable processing fee of €2000. For arbitration cases, there are no fixed costs, the costs can vary from case to case and the costs are negotiable.

If Philippine they have legit case, why Philippine bring this case to UN, ICJ or ITlOS. Which is far more legit than paid PCA

The Sea never belonged to China anyway. I mean what kind of stupid logic to draw dotted lines so near Vietnam, Malaysia and Philippines.

Anyone with sane mind knows it doesn't belonged to China.

That's why everyone except China (who brainwash it's people) says it belongs to China.

It's just the Sea. You don't live in the Sea.

You only fish there. China don't even need to fish so far into the neighboring countries of Philippines and Malaysia.
