But then she got surgery for what Isabelle Adjani, being the goddess she is, got surgery not for her fear of aging, but to continue playing her favorite roles that can only ensue with a youthful (?) look. I think she has an ethereal quality to her face that I have always found to be very pretty. You're gal is very pretty but there is something about her looks that just isn't doing it for me.
