I don't need a piece of paper to know that I want to spend the rest of my life with someone However, actually going to weddings makes me happy.. Seeing the happiness in the newlyweds eyes, it's very nice.. I don't care for the music and I can almost never eat the food there (I'm vegetarian and whenever someone in my family has a wedding they almost always forget that fact and order meat-based dishes for everyone. Tetris 613 Posted July 22, 2016 Share Posted July 22, 2016 I don't see the point of spending so much money on wedding receptions too and if I were to get married in the future I'll be cheap and hold a small one with close friends and family and make it a potluck or something but I love attending weddings, besides the food the atmosphere is usually great and watching the newlyweds make me so happy. I've been to a couple big scale ones where the brides were kinda panicky throughout due to delays and things not going according to plan, those were the worst weddings I've attended. poor them :( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
