How Do You Usually Fix Your Sleep Schedule?

Put your alarm early in the morning and wake up when it rings. You'll be dead tired by 5PM but stay up until 10 and then wake up again early the next day.

mine is ruined too  :cry:

usually i let school fix it, so like, waking up RIDICULOUSLY early from sleeping at like 5am or smth lol n then busy urself the entire day

 

basically doing an all nighter, but a weak one

 

be careful not to fall asleep too early or else youll wake up at like 2am  :derp:

yeah either pull an all nighter or force yourself to get up at the time you would like to even if you went to bed late. 

It'll suck for the first day bc you'll be tired, but it will get you back on schedule in the end

 

unless you want to do it the healthy, slow way where you change you're schedule slowly over a period of time but ugh who wants to do that haha
