Hello.

 

I've had an account on OneHallyu since 2013 but I'm not active on the forum (I only have 7 posts) because I mostly dedicate my time on Entasia.

 

However, the Seohyun thread on that forum isn't nearly as active as this one so I think I'll be coming here whenever I wanna talk about Seohyun. Here's the Seohyun Thread I made if you wanna see it; it's depressingly inactive, most of the people on the tag list are only casual fans of Seohyun. I'm really the only one that ever updated it.

For those of you who have never heard of Hurt & Heal, it's an absolute forum classic. The main premise is to eliminate groups one at a time until one is left standing. This is accomplished by each person subtracting a point (HURTING) one act and adding it to another (HEALING), with a maximum of one vote per hour per player. When a contestant's counter reaches zero, they are removed from the game and can no longer be hurt or healed.

I made some banners for Seohyun's birthday. They only fit the dimensions on Ent|Asia though.

 

Which one looks the best? They're all the same except for the font color.

seems seohyun winning and their faves losing is making them stupidees and lol is there even dube accounts to report?

It's honestly annoying. And I'm guessing they're suspecting me the most because I have the fewest posts.

Anyone else upset about Seohyun's hair in that one cake-making scene? I mean really? I feel like Seohyun's the type of person to not say anything when she's been done wrong. They always fuck with her hair for some reason; first the "I Got a Boy" bangs, then that tragic hairdo she had in "Love & Girls", then that one ugly orange braided hair in "Party" and the ponytail in "You Think", and now this crap. I can't. Please stop torturing my bias stylists. I know she'll outshine the others too much if you didn't do so but it's not her fault she makes them look basic in comparison.

 

I heard Tiffany had a hand in styling them for this comeback (as expected) and I'm not sure if that means she was directly responsible for Seohyun's hair but I'm placing part of the blame on her... Maybe she wants to sabotage Seohyun because she's jealous of her newfound popularity. Why else would she always get the best outfits while Taeyeon and especially Seohyun are relegated to the uglier ones? I'm sorry Ms. Hwang but you're gonna have to learn your place; you're not the Beyoncé of the group, you're the worst singer so that means you're Michelle, and that means you get the ugly clothes. I'm sorry Stephanie but maybe you should go practice your singing and stop with those cringey adlibs and people will like you more.

 

The only silver lining is that the scene was relatively short so thank God for that.

Here's some photos on Seohyun's body.

 

I edited them all in Photoshop: all have been converted from JPEG to PNG format (so they won't be lossy/low-quality regardless of how many times they're re-uploaded), they've all been smart sharpened; I also changed their brightness/contrast, vibrancy/saturation, hue/saturation/lightness, and color balance has been adjusted. I used these photos for the "Seohyun's body is jjang" thread on Entasia. I always try to look for higher quality photos and edit them first before I make a thread.

 

 

Use them whenever you want, like when people try to argue about Seohyun not having a nice body.

I think this might be Seohyun's biggest year yet. Hopefully this is the year she'll finally gain the attention of the public and not just be remembered as "So Nyuh Shi Dae's maknae Seohyun". I mean the year just started but it already looks so busy for her.

• She's going to play Sophie in Mamma Mia!
• She's going to host the Golden Disk Awards.
• She's filming a movie in China with Chanyeol.
• She's going to star in a high-budget drama with famous co-stars and an acclaimed director.
• And there's rumors that she will have a solo album.
• Not to mention all the other activities she will be having as an SNSD member (comeback, photoshoots, etc.)
• And to top it off she's been getting positive attention for her fashion and body lately~

 

Seohyun is finally getting the push from SM she's been missing all these years. I'm so happy and proud. I never watch K-Dramas, not even the one she was in previously (because I knew they were just using her popularity for 4 episodes then killing her off smh) but I think I'm actually going to watch this one. Seeing as it's not your typical low-budget drama and because the director already has a reputation for really popular dramas like Iris (2009), That Winter, the Wind Blows (2013), and It's Okay, That's Love (2014).

 

I mean looking at the viewer ratings his work is always super popular.

Do any of you  have tumblr accounts you're active with?

 

I want to know if people think it will be a good idea to create some sort of network of seohyun based tumblr accounts, just so that more info will be spread about her activities, etc. There are a lot of great seohyun fans on tumblr who make gifs and edits, but there arent that many super vocal tumblr users who spread information about her activities and everything imo.
