Donnie Yen confirmed as male lead, Michelle Yeoh to reprise her role, Yuen Wo Ping to direct, Ang Lee to produce. Both an English and Mandarin version of the film will be filmed. They are also working on improving the original script by John Fusco.

 

Of course I think it will be difficult to improve on the original in many people's eyes, but I still hope they can make a good movie with these people involved.

I don't know how to feel about this. I really loved CTHD because it was an absolutely beautiful movie - the sequel has a lot to live up to.
