Lay is a communist leader?

Wysteria

I don't get why his fans should be proud of this. Supporting China's communist party and targeting youth?

Even worse Propaganda?

I don't know whats worse between this and Victoria's post, SM should control their Chinese idols.

That's suicide for SM to control Chinese idols.

They have NCT China debuting this(?) year.

With the whole mess with Kris, Luhan, Tao.

if they hurt Lay's freedom, its all over for them in China and China is their biggest market.

Lay, Victoria, Zhoumi, and to lesser extends Henry and Amber are literally their ambassadors in China.

I feel like unless you're Chinese or Taiwanese I don't think it's fair to judge or tell them how to feel if you are OP then I have no reason to say anything.. Because I'm not educated enough on either matter

Agreed. I wish someone could explain a bit more these issues.

I agree with this^^^

Honestly, you can liken the China/SEA situation to any territorial dispute between smaller countries and a larger country. A lot of people are demonizing China for being "imperialistic" (which I mean, they aren't wrong) but in the same breath, think nothing of US or European imperialism.

If you aren't directly involved in the situation, I don't think you are in a position to judge any individuals, either way.

The US has been away from Democracy for years (sadly). Both parties.

It's Progressiveism poisoning the country.

Also the Brexit vote was to end the imperialism via the UN. The UN is full of the same bad shit that plagues the US.

Exactly, like me and my coworker and my roommate talk about China disputes all the time and I understand both of them are One China and a friend of mine whose Taiwanese isn't so I can't tell them how to feel but I do know a little on the matter but not enough to be upset but I understand why some people aren't happy with China's one, I like everything you said is 100% spot on.

I'll divide in points so idiots can read without problems

1- China is a communist country, you idiot.(although economically it is a fusion between capitalism and communism now)

2 - Communism is an ideology just like socialism and capitalism, wreck a book or use wikipedia idk just stop embarrassing yourself like this. Communists are not daredevils who eat children and rape women like the bipolar world from the Cold War has taught your grandparents through their propaganda. Time to upgrade your concepts, dumbass.

3 - There's no other party in China because, look at number 1.

4 - Yixing is not exactly affiliated to the communist party, he was chosen as Youth Ambassador for Hunan, his birth region and not because of  his political views, but because of charity actions and his visibility being a famous Hunan celebrity.
