Although, maybe the faces of happy fans are like presents for him. 6v6Y He's probably really jazzed about the showcase being on his birthday, and maybe even planned it. This is a meaningful milestone in his career as a solo artist. His individual star is rising in The Land of the Rising Sun, and he's in pretty rare company among Korean artist in that category. I'll bet he sometimes feels like he should pinch himself when he thinks back on where he was artistically even a mere thee years ago. Showcase fans are probably planning something awesome to coincide with his birthday, too. Aspects of preparing for this event are undoubtedly nerve-wracking for him, especially given what we know about Taemin's tendencies towards perfectionism, and self-doubt, but overall, he's likely to be hella excited. Heck, I'm extremely excited for him despite the fact that I haven't a snowball's chance in hell of either being there, or seeing decent footage from the performance.
