Top 10 Critical Movies 2015 : 

 

 

The top 10 Chinese films of 2015 were announced by critics and filmmakers in Beijing on Friday.

 

The selection – the fourth of its kind – was sponsored and organized by China's Taiwan and Hong Kong Film Study Society and the Chinese Film Critics Society. Thirty-seven of China's top film critics voted for films in the first round in March in Beijing, Hong Kong and Taipei. The final vote was cast in June by a voting committee led by award-winning Taiwanese filmmaker Wang Tung. Mainland director Zhai Junjie, Hong Kong director Ho Yim, Taiwan director Chu Yen-Ping and other filmmakers and critics were also on the committee.

 

"Mr. Six," directed by Guan Hu and starring Feng Xiaogang, was named the No. 1 film for 2015 in the world of Chinese films.

The box office in China, the world's second-largest moviegoing market, grew an astonishing 48.7 percent in 2015, reaching a record $6.78 billion (44 billion yuan). Top 10 box office movies of the year are :
