Oliver 22,442 Posted July 11, 2016 Share Posted July 11, 2016 i'm not talking about scandals or whatever.. the charts havent been too great to mainstream music with Reply and DotS dominating the the OSTs..... and then came SMTM which should have been cancelled like 2 years ago dominating the summer and cockblocking everything... and now comes the Olymics which will leave august a deadzone for all our favs.... thats more or less 3-4 months just gone out of the year.... Mainstream music to Korean listeners are drama OSTs, mainstream rappers, mainstream ballad singers, mainstream R&b singers, and popular idols' songs. But to "i-fans", it is all idols' songs.
