The grandma was the same person as the girl at the beginning of this mv, they protected her through her different life stages and when she was old and didn't need protection anymore, she slept assured Nct will take care of her grandchild. In a way, that is true. You can only be offended if you allow yourself to be offended. However, people do also tend to ignore/excuse things and turn a blind eye to things as well especially when it is someone they love/adore/care for. I do find the video a bit weird...especially with them all sort of grouped around that girl. Would I say it is pedophilia? Of course not.
