Best time to visit Los Angeles

Hello,

I'm visiting LA next year and I'm wondering when the best time to go is?

Mainly conscious of the weather as I'm sure it will be buzy all year round, my cousin lives in San Francisco so I'm meeting her there.

I was planning to go in March for my birthday but I read its too cold to go swimming etc so I'm thinking maybe a different time of year.

If someone who lives there could answer that would be perfect, or someone who knows San Francisco as well please as I'll be going there as well for a few days.

Thanks

Actually while I've posted this, I need a place to stay as well, I'm sure my cousin will be helpful with this part, but does anyone know cheaper places to stay please. I've looked on Air Bnb and I'm thinking that would be the best way to go.

i'm in san francisco

truthfully the weather is always shit except for september, october, and early november

but its the most shit in the winter, so i'd wait until spring

although truthfully june and july were totally shitty this year as well

as for LA, its kind of always the same.. i think its warmest in like july, august sept. but really the weather changes week by week in LA, seasons arent really reliable. 2 years ago it was 90 degrees in december

I'm telling you this as someone who's visited a lot of US cites, don't go to LA it's my least favorite city that I have ever visited, it smells, it's ugly, the people are to focused on how people perceive them, and it's dirty. My favorite cities are Boston, San Francisco, Madison,  and Seattle.

Spring and summer is the best if you wanna go to beaches and theme parks.

Though it depends on the day one day it'll be hot the next raining so you never know.

The best beaches to go to are Sanata Monica for the peer but Malibu/Zumba are really beautiful too.

Don't forget to go to Universal and Disney Land! Also Six Flags if you like roller coasters.

Hope you have fun.

i go to LA every day for school and it's always either too cold or too hot for me >< I would go around spring or fall when it's just normal weather, but summer is always the best time to travel i think.

have fun! i loveeeeee LA <3

No I've never been to New York, I don't know if I would like it or not. I just love beautiful cites and LA isn't that and it's not really particularly good at something either. People go their for the beaches and the Theme Parks and I'm like why. The south east coast has wayyyy better beaches and if you want to go to disney go to the one in florida it's bigger and more spread out so everything is less cramped. I went to disney land last year and some roads I couldn't even get through because of all the people I've never had that problem before at disney world and I've been there 5 times.
