I think Janet believes that all lives matter, which is why she included #alllivesmatter, but also wanted to show that she's taking a stand for black lives in particular, which is why she included #blacklivesmatter, given the newest cases of violence and brutality against them. But when the victims of police brutality happen to be consistently black victims, then it's vital that the public realizes that black lives matter, especially in those situations. This BLM movement is toxic IMO and it encourages people into victim hood and grievance culture. I also believe that there's a high level of delusion and denial when it comes to certain subject within the black community. They'd rather sweep things under the rug and pretend that nothing happens rather than confront the issues head on and address them. Look at the Cosby mess for example. Calling out a few (and I mean few) crooked cops is one thing, they act like its a damn epidemic and the whole world is out to kill blacks when blacks kill eachother in high amounts.
