Anyone here watches Face Off or Project Runway? What are the best seasons?

I watched a few episodes of these two and really liked them!

But both have A LOT of seasons and I don't feel like watching them all... Could you please tell me the best and the worst seasons so I know which ones to watch? Thanks!
