Recommended Posts

A transgender Ulzzang (named Jung Da-eun) is gaining recognition in South Korea, which is awesome! I really hope that this inspires others to share their stories too.  :meow:

It's sad that the only reason he's able to get his voice heard is because he's attractive.

It reminds me of how Harisu was marketed as "looking like a real woman" in SK, because she's transgender and attractive.

Well this is Korea we're talking about after all

What's an ulzzang

Ulzzang true definition is "best & "face" = best face in korean. They are basically people with above average looks, sometimes with the use of photoshop and haduri who post their pics online, some becoming internet celebrities.
"Hey, see that chick over there? She's pretty enough to be an ulzzang. :D"

whoever posted that is fucking disgusting

1)the person never came out as trans and people are just assuming because they dont conform to stereotypes

2)if they are in the fact trans considering they havent come out yet that means that idiot just freaking outed them

If only they supported the whole LGBT community. Supporting a transgender person doesn't automatically mean they support gays and lesbians as well. Homosexuals and transgenders are not related to each other.

Well yes of course, that is the dream right.

And yeah I never said they were related, but when anybody is supported, I'm happy! Hopefully people who support one person can grow to support all of them. This isn't always the case, but it's most often the start of things getting better all around
