I know some shawols don't care about the stuff SHINee does in Japan.
But their Japanese stuff happens to be some of my favorite stuff.   
Have you guys heard Keeping Love Again, Run With Me or Better? Those song is just asdfghjkl;

Oh, and their most recent stuff like 321 and Colors of the Season are wonderful. 
Colors of the Season is such a beautiful ballad.

I'm so-so about their Japanese music. Some of it I find really boring (mostly the ballads and I know I'm in the minority on this) but their upbeat songs I just loooove. Breaking News is one of my favorites and I'm With You is one of the few Japanese ballads of theirs that I like. I definitely prefer their Korean music though.

Have you seen the fan cam of Jonghyun singing it? I'm seriously hoping the fan site releases the full version because Jonghyun's vocals sound perfect.

It has 1413 plays on my iTunes…hehe. 

 

And I agree! It sucks how it didn't even get any promotion.

Yes!! SHINee's upbeat japanese songs are always really top quality, imo. 

I don't know about you, but I thought they looked great wearing orange in the Breaking News mv.

They're turning into one of those typical j-idols image wise like Johnny's Ent groups. and lately they no longer have a choreo in their songs. But that still doesn't stop me from listening to their songs.

they're a hit or miss for me. while there are songs like password, 321 and keeping love again, there's boys meet u and that kiss yo(?) song.

 

i love their ballads tho. keeping love again and world with you are two of my faves.

First they came out with Fire, which personally, I think is a terrible song.   

However, they made up for that when they came out with Breaking News- just the BMU album in general I guess.

Then that was ruined when they came out with BMU, the single.   

Then they made up for it again with 321. 

Let's hope their next Japanese single isn't terrible because at the moment there seems to be a pattern. Lol.

SHINee's Korean ballads are amazing. I seriously wish SM would listen to them and let them comeback with a ballad. -.- 

Seriously, Quasimodo, Obsession, Symtoms, The Reason, Better off are all top quality ballads. And they aren't boring ballads either.

Omg finally someone who agrees me! I swear i hate that song so much   I love SHINee's music also because i basically worship their voices/vocals so if you take that away to replace it with some autotuned, nasal, jidol-like chours... i just will never like it, it literally hurts my ears

And yep i'm not sure if this is an unpopular opinion, but i liked BMU (the album), the only songs i dislike are Fire and Kiss Yo. I really like the ballads and the upbeat songs they've included (Passowrd, Breaking News, Burning Up).

I think 3, 2, 1 is a step into the right direction (musically, not concept wise) but i'm worried for their 3rd album.

BMU will probably be included and i know it'll ruin it ugh. I hope they cut off the b side at least. I'm also afraid they'll include DG/Evbd japanese and that would mean only a few new songs, so yeah...worried lol.
