Insane 728 Posted June 28, 2016 Share Posted June 28, 2016 So my life is pretty sendentary and I'm lazy. I live in a place where I could go for a run or a walk but I get to lazy to do it. I also don't have someone who's interested in doing it with me or has the same interest has me so I don't get much motivation. I thought that doing pilates at home would be good. I want to do some type of exercise because it's good for health but pilates is good for your posture too and muscles. I don't want to lose weight (I'm 52kg and 1,66cm), just be more active and tonify a little. So I though to start with pilates. Is there any tips you can give me? Do you know of any site or videos I can follow so it helps me doing it? Btw, I know portuguese too, so if you know any site or videos in portuguese you can send me. But it can be in english too.
