Kpop Audition Poll

17 members have voted

  1. 1. Would you drop out of an audition if you passed and your friend did not?

  2. 2. Would you want your friend to drop out if you did not make it?

Say you and a friend decided to audition for a kpop company together. You passed and your friend did not. Would you still continue on to the next round or drop out? Please explain your choice. If it was vice versa would you want your friend to drop out if you didn't make it? Again explain your choice. Thanks!  :)

I would definitely continue and I would want my friend to do the same if I didn't get through. Friends are supposed to want the best for each other.

The reason why I made this thread was because my friend and I are auditioning for a company and if we don't both make it she wants both of us to drop out. I was like hell no the other should keep supporting the other, and she got mad at me.

That sounds rather immature and bitter. Friends should try to boost each other up, not tear each other down. That's not what being supportive is. Are you gonna show her this thread?

Hell no don't listen to her.

Haha being the unemphatic little beep I am, in either situation, I'd be like "screw the other person." Whether you pass or fail has nothing to do with the other person.

Good luck on that audition, both of you! (  â€¢à±ªâ€¢)b Mind if I ask what company you guys are planning on auditioning for?

Maybe. If she gets in and not me, I definitely want her to keep on going and not drop out.

You're a good friend.

I hope your buddy can learn to be equally supportive if you make it. Good luck on your guys' auditions and I hope this issue gets resolved between you two.

Thanks! I'm going to keep the company I'm auditioning for a secret, because I don't want to give myself more competition :p. But it is a smaller newer company.

i'd like to hear a person say they would want their friend to drop out or would drop out..because i feel like that would be against the consensu

Yeah that doesn't make sense. They wouldn't drop out if their friend didn't make it, but they would want their friend to drop out if they didn't make it lol.

There is literally no friend I'm remotely close enough (sad lmao) to that I would drop out of the first step to a career I really wanted... I wouldn't expect my friend to do that for me either.

Like imagine if you dropped out for your friend and then in the future you have an argument and permanently stop being friends... You just gave up a potential career of your dreams for a person who can choose to hate you at anytime. Lol, not today!

if you have dark skin, better think 2x before go to kpop audition.....

korean people still prefer white skin than dark skin, dark skin which i mean is chocolate skin which south east asia people have.....

So i dont surprise why they never casting at south east asia regional (sometime they did it but only some country like thailand)...
