They are in a strange spot Idol wise - because they are not young [idol age wise] - and they are vocal focused. That makes it hard to build the fandom as boy group mostly have young girl following. They are more like a vocal group and would need the public but since they are also seem like an Idol group to the publics eyes so thats not a direction thats going well as well.
