Saber is ALWAYS gimped, she is always stated to be one of the strongest but the plot keeps her back (fsn she's in love with Shiro, Zero Kiritsugu doesn't even use her and in UBW Shiro is the main g) Sakura.....well let's just say she still blindly loved Sasuke so much she put her own team in danger a couple times. Also add Riza Hawkeye from FMA and FMAB, the definition of badass. In a world of alchemists who can fuck up physics, she's just a normal powered person who's still considered one of the most dangerous and lethal characters, that says a lot about her. One of my personal favourites: Sawa Nakamura from Aku no Hana Yukina from Koutetsujou no Kabaneri Re-l Mayer from ergo proxy And more I can't think of right now.
