Groups that you thought were OK, but you absolutely loved them after hearing their other releases? For me, it would have to be DIA. Honestly, I thought they were okay, not too shabby. Their debut wasn't bad, nor their following song. But after I heard their b-side tracks from their newest album, I fell in love~ I would have never thought their vocal abilities would be this strong coming from a lesser known group! My favorite song from their newest album, "Happy Ending," would have to be "ë„ ê¸°ë‹¤ë ¤." There's two versions of this song on this album (I believe), a solo version by Yebin, and a group version. The group version really showcased all of the members' talents with the soft singing, and the emotional rapping. Truly one of the best b-sides so far this year for me. edit: after watching a live version, Eunchae can play harmonica, Yebin can play guitar, Cathy, can play piano, and Jenny can play piano, as well as the melodica~ STAN DIA!
