sasha 2,956 Posted June 19, 2016 Share Posted June 19, 2016 come on let's be real ABOUT SOCIETY WE LIVE IN. if he did rape these women: Yoochun raped adult entertainment workers aka women of low social status in bathrooms. even so it's disgusting, it is the perfect position of plausible deniability for fans. because there won't be any indisputable evidence of non consensual sex. why? cause the only indisputable(or the most demanded by fans) evidence with girls of such profession is apparently photographic - and well, no cctv in bathrooms. same goes to police. because the world is that shitty and trials where victims' testimonies are the only evidence are that rare, i doubt testimonies in Yoochun's case, however consistent and probable, are enough evidence to make it to trial in SK too. in case it does go to trial - here comes Yoochun's costly criminal defense attorney and case is most likely dismissed over lack of evidence. conclusion: chances Yoochun will face criminal charges in case he is indeed guilty are extremely slim if he did not rape these women - 4 people accused 1 man of the same crime. why? what is the most logical possibility? there already was news/rumor where police said to be investigating into extortion by gang. in any case this news/rumor/false info is there cause it's simple logic. if he didn't rape then it's 4 people accusing 1 man of the same crime and telling similiar stories during questioning => most likely there was communication between them/third party to line up this story. there goes my 'jumping straight into conspiracy'. cause from position of 'innocent until proven guilty' it's the most logical possibility. it's also the easiest possibility to prove in the whole case. contrary to hard to prove and improbable and illogical possibility - all 4 had consensual sex but decided to file criminal charges. but since it's OH and you can't even assume Yoochun's innocence without being called his fangirl let's leave it to police. for team of 10+ investigators it's easy peasy to prove any conspiracy. conclusion: chances Yoochun will face criminal charges if he is innocent are extremely slim. my opinions: #1 He is most likely guilty #2 Unfortunately it won't go to trial cause every thing connected to victims - their work places, time it took them to step forward, money A wanted as compensation - will be used to discredit their testimonies by either investigators or prosecutor #3 career is over == inability to obtain money from the work in the field conclusions of conclusions: - chances Yoochun will face criminal charges are extremely slim; - JYJ ain't on broadcast and sells mainly to fans; - CJeS puts out their PR team, makes package-deals with Yoochun-actors-from-their label to score secondary roles in dramas etc. if production companies are adamant to cast him and some years from now his face is on TV again. His image is forever tainted. He might get odd jobs here and there, tho, especially in China where he has a pretty good fanbase. With regards to music, even before this happened, some of us jyj fans weren't even sure whether or not jyj will ever come back as a group especially as Junsu's enlistment kept getting pushed forward.
