"Real"; the flawless track that was promoted alongside Replay:

While Reply is praised to this day, it seems only (some) shawols still appreciate this song. shame.

still jamming to it 5+ years later  :ahmagah:

Yep. I think it's probably overlooked because it wasn't included in the SHINee World.

I also love Hit Me and they never performed it live sobs

Hit Me is one of these most flawless earlier tracks. I still hope for a live for that even though there's not much hope for it now. I never skip that song when it comes on. That "talk to me" at the end with Jjong and Onew gets me every time  :ahmagah:

I LOVE Real  :chu:

I love Replay too xd

Maybe because it's from their first mini and not many people or shawols care to listen to that?

they're first album was really nice, poppy songs with an r&b flavour songs have always been the best for shinee. Why does sm make them promote songs like rdd and everybody, I'll never know. Sometimes sm focuses too much on the performance aspect

Because SHINee is a contemporary band.. They don't do the same genre again.

Its sad cause it seems like SM just shift and give r&B and ballads to exo now and completely ignored and forgot the fact that Shinee was actually promoted and coined as r&b group during their debut. Unfortunately, now sm acts like shinee is no longer that and Sm just give them some dance , electronic and dubstep songs  as title track that don't go well with the public.

Not really though.

The Misconceptions series had a fair amount of ballads and R&B tracks (see Sleepless Night, Excuse Me Miss), plus there was Symptoms, which is their best R&B ballad ever, in my opinion.  EXO's only got What Is Love and their Christmas Single as "title tracks" both of which only have a few of their members singing.

I don't agree. SHINee's albums still have plenty of ballads/slow R&B tracks. as for their title tracks, they experiment with a different genre each comeback, which is exactly their concept as a "contemporary" group. I do want them to come back with an R&B title track too, but I don't agree that they're "no longer that" or that SM doesn't think they are; the evidence is in their albums. SHINee released 27 Korean songs this year; only 3 of which were promoted as title tracks. What's sad is that some people only pay attention to those 3.

first time i heard of the existence of this song

:c
