Dara should never rap. Ever. But she needs to start working on her acting more instead of singing/rapping.

Kai - I know your passion is dancing but you really need to practice singing or "rapping" more. I love your tone and it's a bummer that you don't seem interested in improving your singing and only like showing off dancing. I love your dancing, but I'd like for you to be able to sing well as well.

 

Taeyeon - You still sing amazingly, but everytime there is a dance performance you look completely uninterested. Either tell SM that you guys need to promote a ballad track or something, because it takes away from the performance when only Seohyun and Hyoyeon are really dancing like it's supposed to be.

 

Jinyoung - MAKE ANOTHER DAMN ALBUM ALREADY (I know there is a album in January-February but still...)

 

EXO as a Whole - Stop the lipsync. I do enjoy the dance performances, but I mean how can you expect me to go pay for your concert if I'm convinced you'll be lipsyncing 95% of the concert? I'm not THAT into your looks to where I'd pay hundred just to see you lipsync your own songs. Lawd and can some members look more interested in performances? The only member I consistently see putting their all into performance is Kai, and Chanyeol during his rap part, maybe suho too. I love you Baekhyun but you looked like you didn't give a damn after the 5th performance of growl.

 

SNSD - You guys ought to have some sort of seniority and power in SM. SM KNOWS they need you guys or their image would drop with the public. Demand SM give you guys some decent albums. I mean half of the last album was obvious filler, and while I did enjoy the other half, why have a full album if it's going to be filler? Just make it a mini. You guys are close to having a legendary status in Korea. Let's not screw that up by having bad albums, title tracks, and now tours. I'm sure I'd still enjoy the tour, but I just want it to be as good as your first 2 tours.

 

Ladies Code - Stop making SoJung sing every damn high note. All of the members are decent vocalists at least so please share some of them around. Pretty Pretty was an ear sore because SoJung hit a high note every 5 seconds. Her vocals are going to bad really soon if they keep this up. And EunB girl you have a nice body and all, but having your ass stick out of your shorts is NOT the way to go. That will come back to bit you in the ass (pun intended) if you guys actually get really popular in the future.

 

T-ara - Stop releasing the same title track over and over again. I loved Number 9, but this new comeback is a little disappointed. The ballad version is AMAZING, but of course the real title track is the upbeat version that sounds like a remix of their old songs. It's getting tiring. I'm a huge fan of these girls especially Eunjung, but these song choices don't show any progression.
