Block B Announces Subunit and Its First Member - Soompi

Idol group Block B has surprised all the fans with the announcement of a subunit!

 

On April 6, the group announced through its official social media sites that it will be launching a new subunit. According to their announcement, the project group will be named BASTARZ, most likely a play on the word “bastards.†Included in the announcement was the hashtag “#BehaviorZero,†which explains the mysterious teaser video that they released prior, on April Fool’s Day.

 

The group also announced that the first member of the sub-unit will be none other than their youngest member, P.O.

 

Block B has yet to reveal further on the release date or the other members of the subunit.

Block B Reveals Other Two Members of Subunit BASTARZ - Soompi

Block B has revealed the remaining two members of its upcoming subunit, BASTARZ!

 

Earlier, the group announced via their official social media sites that its youngest member P.O will be part of the new project group. Now, they have revealed that the other two members of the trio will be none other than B-Bomb and U-Kwon.

 

The group first revealed the mysterious teaser for the subunit on April 1. It appears that the subunit will be promoting with material titled “Behavior Zero.â€

 

Keep an eye out for more updates as the group reveals their release date and comeback date!

Block B's upcoming subunit BASTARZ just released their group photos in preparation for their debut with, "Conduct Zero!"

 

In one, black and white photo, the boys are matching in unique patterned pieces that only BASTARZ can pull off, bringing out their one of a kind charms. In the other, P.O., B-Bomb, and U-Kwon are dressed in their sleekest semi-formal gear, melting the fans with smokey glares.

 

In addition to these mesmerizing group photos, Seven Seasons further added to the hype, announcing that they will be releasing a teaser in just 24 hours. Stay tuned!

Block B Subunit BASTARZ Releases “Zero for Conduct†Music Video - Soompi

Block B‘s newest subunit BASTARZ has dropped the music video for their single, “Zero for Conduct.â€

 

Consisting of Block B members P.O, B-Bomb, and U-Kwon, the project group has released their first mini album, also titled “Zero for Conduct,†with the release of the music video.

 

The song is inspired by a 1933 classical French movie called “Zero du Conduite†and was written by the group’s leader, Zico. P.O also contributed to the lyrics of the song.

 

The colorful music video aptly showcases the project group’s unique style, with eye-catching imagery.

 

The first mini album from the subunit consists of five original tracks, with P.O contributing to the lyrics on most.

BASTARZ' bus to roam the streets of Seoul for 'Conduct Zero' promotions - Allkpop

 

Block B's subunit BASTARZ will have a bus roaming the streets of Seoul for their "Conduct Zero" promotions!

 

Block B's official Twitter posted photos of the wrapped bus and wrote, "The Block B BASTARZ bus that you can meet in the heart of Seoul!! We'll drive around everywhere so many people can see it :) #BlockB #BASTARZ #B-Bomb #U-Kwon #P.O".
