what kids do after school isn't our problem, every time a kid starts an argument I tell them to do it outside after school

The root of it all is social media and internet. At this age, my generation was still innocent and naive. We were not so connected to older kids that we could learn slangs and habits like smoking, drinking, sex, etc. from them. This generation has begun to assimilate with the habits of "older" kids, causing them to behave in such a manner, at this young age, as a result of social media and the internet being so wide spread. Even in the early 2000s to mid 2000s, the internet was not so vastly used by children or teens. Now, you're the odd one if you don't use the internet. This has led to the younger generation growing up faster. Rather than play outside, they play on IPads.
