IOI performing will most likely bring discomfort to the girls or even negative reactions from k-netz I don't think so, Dia has a small fandom but they have loyal fans who attends their Vlive stuffs, I think most of the fans are Aids, + additional fans of Chaeyeon and Cathy. On one hand, it's nice that IOI is supporting DIA but I can also see the backlash coming from haters accusing DIA of piggybacking on IOI's popularity or that IOI might overshadow DIA at their own showcase which would be so awkward. Kwang Soo is king of media play. And even so, he can dump articles about ioi performing at Dia's "much hyped" can't miss comeback.
