Arashi new single "Kimi no Uta" will be released on October 24.

Arashi has announced that it will be releasing a new single titled "Kimi no Uta" on October 24.

The new single has been picked up as the theme song to the upcoming TV Asahi drama "Boku to Shippo to Kagurazaka". The series will star Arashi group member Masaki Aiba.

The song has been described as being about the everyday, seemingly mundane things that are part of people's lives that make up being in love with someone.

2 versions of the single will be available upon release: a CD-Only version, and a CD DVD version. Both versions will have different track lists.

I wonder if it'll be cool and new or typical Arashi?

yeah their releases this year are typical arashi songs laugh.png

not complaining though, usually they have "cool" a-side every year but they skipped this time.. must be because of the upcoming 20th anniversary

Arashi is going to Music station next week with Kinpuri. We get to hear their new single then and on top of that we get to see them interact with Kinpuri again. I really like it when arashi  interacts with their Kohai groups so im gonna look forward for this episode even more!

Yay! Arashi are like big brothers to their kouhai now it's cute.

I really think that if WWG 2019 happens, it's Kinpuri who will be with them.

Jaejoong is also on this episode omg

Well it's Johnnys laugh.png  At least they're improving a little now that they have a Jr Channel.

A lot of Japanese record labels have embraced YT and upload MV (either short or full MV), but Johnny's refusal to have YT has to be changed their perceptions.

I'm glad there's so many groups and jrs now that interact with Arashi. I don't remember that much interaction in the past, but back back there were way less kouhais laugh.png

Well, they are changing little by little like chikachan said. Their artists who are signed to Avex have super short versions of their MVs uploaded now. Universal also uploads short versions of Kinpuri's MVs but those are region blocked. There was a rumor a while back that Arashi would put their music videos on youtube closer to the Olympics. Who knows if that will come true or not.

Same. I'm happy that Arashi is looking after their jrs more these days too, not that they weren't doing it before but we can hear a lot of stories now.

Can J&A make HiB appear on Arashi shows/concerts too XD

It kinda happened for Natsu Hayate but I think the MV was deleted after the baseball event?

HiB with Arashi would be so cute. I just looked up which sempais they look up to and 2/3 of Tokyo B Shounen named Arashi members laugh.png

Aww too bad it's deleted. It was the 100th year for Koshien, so I'm kinda believing the Olympics rumor now. Maybe they'll put mvs up for special tie-ins.

yup they love Arashi XD Yuppi and Sakuma looks up to Nino and Ohno too.

I still don't understand why they need to delete those videos (same with the HiB video for Summer Station).

Oh yeah, I remember when Daigo looked jealous on Maijani when Yuto said he looks to Nino too laugh.png

I don't get it either. They deleted JWest's twitter account after the promo period for that one Netflix drama ended.

I feel bad for talking about other groups so much here, so I'll share this:
