I would want to do my nose since it's a little big, but at the same time I'm too much of a coward to go through with pain and bear the risk of having my face ruined forever or sth The thing I would want to fix the most is my chubbiness... I'm not a sporty person so I can't stand going to gym like every week. I just don't want to mess with my body, unless it's failing or something--like knee replacement surgery and stuff I'd be fine with, but otherwise I just don't want to risk anything. I'd have a rhinoplasty to clear out some cartilage and also remove some blockage in my nose at the same time (that way I can say it was for health reasons). Also I'd have my eyelids raised. I'm told I constantly looked bored or tired, and I cant see what they mean. Probably a small mandibular implant too, not bc I don't have a jaw or anything, it's just the angle of it is a bit weird so I'd have an implant to make it look a little more natural.
