Yang Hyun Suk (and YGent) Donates 100 Million Won to Heart Disease Patients

Continuing its string of good deeds, YG Entertainment presented the ‘Dream Gift’ to heart disease patients.

Teaming up with the Yonsei Severance Hospital, YG Entertainment created an album titled Once in a Lifetime, fulfilling the dreams of Professor Ha Jong Won of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, who hoped that one day proper treatment be given to patients despite their financial status.
 

The album was given as gifts with the receivers being moved to donate, raising 50 million won in just three months,

Not only that, Yang Hyun Suk decided to personally donate 100 million won and create the ‘Dream Gift’ campaign, which will focus on sponsoring families who have family members struggling with this disease.

The campaign kicked off on November 29 at Yonsei University with a night of donations with Epik High and Akdong Musician showcasing their talents for the charitable event.
