About Infinite's 6th anniversary V-app broadcast: why did the subtitles come out even before the actual conversation did?

I'm really confused. At first I thought either they had a script and followed it word-by-word, or the broadcast wasn't really live. I don't think Infinite had to do the first option. As much as I know the script only tells them what to do and stuff, and about the latter, they were able to read live comments so that's not it either.

Can anyone explain it?

I had the opposite problem. For me, there was a delay before the subs showed up. So Infinite would already be talking about something else when I finally see some of the subs for what they said before.

Also, there was one instance where someone said something and the English sub of it showed up, but then the subber wrote the same sentence again but with corrections (b/c the first one used the wrong word). So I felt like there was some sort of live subbing going on kind of like what you see with After School Club, where they sub as the person is speaking and go back and make corrections if the sub was wrong.

I had the same for me. The subs were kind of delayed for a second or two. And I remember the subber accidentally typing 'fat' and quickly fixed it with 'fast*' immediately after that line.
