Srsly tho, idg the hate for the name PinkPunk. It's genius and actually holds a deeper meaning than opposed to Bigbang. And yes, I'm comparing both because they are similar in manner.

 

'Pink' representing the girl's feminine and beautiful charms and 'Punk' representing their possible out-of-the-box image and music they might present to the public

 

So how does OH truly feel about YGNGG's name being 'PinkPunk'?

I love it honestly!

The original logo YG gave the girls represents the concept of soft (the cloud and the pink) and hard (the spikes, the pointy toothe, the Punk). I think it's great!!

and yeah, it represents the girl's image so well and seeing that the name itself has popped up more than once on official YG videos, it's almost certain to stick
