accusing is a big word... It's more they 'think'.

If you want my POV, it's more like they can't prove rapes so they lean in a alleged 'prostitution' since C-Jes and first girl try to exchange money and all.

(If it is true he solicited prostitution) What do they mean by "for he has failed to pay the cost he originally promised." Are they saying he is trouble for not paying the prostitute? If prostitution is illegal, why do they care if he paid or not? Why are they trying to control the payment between two people who actively engaged in illegal activity together? "Scamming" seems a little ridiculous. Also, I don't know how they have gone from rape to prostitution. When he was cleared of rape did the women then claim he was soliciting them? Or were they claiming before he raped prostitutes? This case is really getting out of hand in the media. I hope they clarify whats going on soon.

From the Police Report - A and B both lied:

1) A agreed to have sex with him, but because he didn't pay, A then deleted her messages and accused him of rape, and then used her boyfriend and his mob ties to blackmail Yoochun.

2) B was outright accused of false claims - B was the one must internationnal fans believed, as she claimed to have evidences. Police found her claims to be untrue, i.e, there no evidence as was widely reported. 

3) C and D no evidence against the accused.

4) In all cases no evidence of threats, intimidation or force

5) Yoochun facing charges of solicitation - NT: this seems like the police trying to leave the final decision with the prosecutors, because they know there is a lot of attention on this case. YC and A had sex; YC claims it was a one night stand, A claims she was expecting payment.

Honestly I dont even bother anymore. I left that thread after saying what I had to say and expose some disgusting and twisted posts in there. JYJ fans have been through a lot of shit and there are people you ALWAYS find there putting down the members or the fandom while disguising themselves as unbiased, this time is no different. I wont let it slide tho...as soon as the prosecutor takes his decision regarding this case, I will be taking screenshots and sending them to C-jes (thinking about it, I can start now actually...).

 

Its also funny how NB hasnt translated any articles regarding what happened today...I guess its only relevant when YC is being dragged through the mud. But now that the police came forward, its not necessary anymore, how transparent

 

That's because most of comments are positive for Yoochun. Many knetz said that media distort truth, etc. I don't know if that's because many JYJ/Yoochun's fans comments or because korean POV changed. But, I wouldn't said that all is 'positive'. But we know how she (NB) love write about negative things on JYJ so she'll not translate when we have a little bit positive for YC. Maybe that she 'search' articles with negative things on.

I'm still think that she shouldn't have translate things about this case if it was to don't put all (positive articles too). She was so quick when the dna test was positive and now

I knew it. It would have been great to have some of these comments translated (those with high upvotes), just to know what the general sentiment about this case is.

The first comment talk about the fact that Yoochun's human right was trampled by media and Notebook + the fact that media said a lot of 'crap' since the start. It said too that they do 'misleading/provocative' titles and that media was 'busy' to release all negatives about the case but not the positive.

@Wildne if I'm not wrong, Jaejoong (JYJ?) sign with a big agency. (I don't remember the name ><)

But, they have a good grip on TV shows, drama industry, etc. So, Avex will not be able to confront them. And, they lose their lawsuit. To be honest, SM is the 'Johny's' of Japan. Avex don't have as much influence as SM have in Korea in Japan.

And Jae is from 1986. So 30 this year. He'll have 31. But, he still look so young *0*

I can definitely see Jaejoong going the J-rock route more in the future. His solo aesthetic isn't really appreciated in Korea much outside of his fanbase, but there's a proper market for it in Japan. He's also hinted at wanting to do more stuff in Japan anyway, like in 2015 when he said he wanted to try making a cook book or something of that nature in Japanese 

 

As for why JYJ are being blocked in Korea, it's because they're being made into an example. "You might have the law on your side, you might have the fans on your side, but if you cross your company you will never have the media on your side and there's nothing you can do about it." Their success must never be allowed to be too great, it has to be bittersweet or else other idols might start getting it into their heads that they can leave their companies and still continue their careers happily too.

 

I think the same. I really can't wait his solo j-rock album in Japan!

And I love so much his voice in japanese. I feel hard to TVXQ because of their japanese releases so.

They give many CD for Korean fans so I don't see how it would be 'unfair' to don't give to japanese fans some japanese songs too. They have cassiopeia and Bigeast too.

His japanese fans came in Korea to see him, they buy his album (korean) and support him. So, It would be fair to give them all the love. I can understand Jaejoong and his love for japanese fans and the fact that he feel always sorry for them.

It's korean fans turn to go in Japan and support him. Let's be just.

From the cjes message, I think it looks likely it is Yuchun's wish to be excluded. He wants to focus primarily to finish this issue.

Guys why is yc's prosecutionprosecution stage taking a long time? I remember someone mentioning it would only take a week roughly if found non guilty... or something??? Is this time period normal?

 

I wonder the same... Maybe that they take their time because of media and internationnal attention? To be sure to don't flunk? And be sure that police did his job well?

But they have many things to check. (prostitution, false charge, scam, bribe(s)?, gang allegations (I think it's the biggest part), etc)

I can only hope that we'll not have to wait 1 year --'

 

But, If they take their time to be able to explain their decision after with FACTS, I'm okay to wait again 1 month... Even C-Jes wait them to said things about YC's case to fans + public. At this point, it's better if they can take their time to dispel all doubts after. Because some people still think that YC and CJes paid police to 'help' Yoochun. (But, sure, CJes and YC didn't have money left to prevent police to send things about scam, prostitution, etc on YC  )
