He only got on TV because of this !!! The funniest part is that 'police' (media) confirm that A boyfriend (or her) was on tape (CCTV) but still not confirm if they saw Yoochun or not. Is it so difficult to said if you saw him or not? I don't think you need 10 days to examin CCTVs. And why it's so hard to summon Yoochun? Military or not, he have 4 accusations on him. Deemed flight risks are Yoochun, the first accuser he countersued back on June 20, her cousin, and her boyfriend for a total of four people. A police rep stated, "We requested a travel ban to prosecution, and if they accept, the request will go to the Ministry of Justice. The results are not yet out." Also, reports had come out that the fourth woman to accuse Yoochun of rape changed her testimony and dropped her charge, but the police denied this with, "The report saying that the fourth woman reversed her testimony by saying there was no coercion on the same day she made the charge and was investigated by the police on June 17 is false. The accuser was investigated twice, on June 17 and 19, and she never reversed her testimony." Regarding her canceling the suit, the police said, "We never received any documents for dropping the charge." Cr: allkpop Yoochun is in MS so he can't go out of Korea even if he want too. I mean, even Baek and his father (gangster?) accepted to answer to police questions and all but the side who are 'victims' don't want answer and run away? Tch. If they are victims and have nothing to hid, why run away from police? They only dig their own grave like this. If ever Yoochun is innocent (and I'm lean in this side more we move foward in this story), I hope they'll paid and really HARD! I think that JYJ have suffered enough like this!! It's so difficult to be a JYJ's fan >< And since we are here, I hope that C-Jes will sue all people who fucked with JYJ all these years and end all this shit for good. I'm still think that we have some 'shadow zone' in this case with SM + all this JYJ censure. It's the right time to end this and arrest all people did wrong things to JYJ now that every korean eyes are on them (mostly Yoochun). Don't be kind or shy C-Jes. I'm not the one who neg you but can you only post things about Yoochun or JYJ's members? I don't know why this article or lotte article are revelant to this case for now... Sure, maybe that Yoochun's case was a way to 'block' this scandal but for now, I think it's better to only post things about Yoochun's case or JYJ instead about all 'problems' in Korean society. You have to know that it take 'time' to edit all, interview all girls, etc. And until now she is still missing and the police cant contact her. While you can be sure YC will be at the police office tomorrow...but who cares? People only care when the news are making him look guilty, anything contradicting or questioning that narrative wont even reach 3 pages. I know. I saw how people saw these thread but didn't answer on and when we have rumors (of dispatch or NB or allshit), they were all here: he is a rapist, his fans are blind, etc... Let them. They do it because they don't have courage to confront us. Some people are really blind and mean. It's really easy to do it on net when nobody know you. I'm so shame of some people here. Really. Since they have nothing to said when we are right or said some things who are logical, they can only 'neg' us. I hope that karma will fall on them if ever Yoochun is innocent. Even before, he looked as have a little 'trauma' with crowd. (I mean, like in their last 'tv show' with JYJ, he was the only one to go in car and it wasn't the first time that he avoided crowded place. But maybe that I'm thinking too much...) Btw, I'm okay with some 'support' but not all. The thing with banners wasn't really helpfull for Yoochun. I'm happy that my POV helped french fans to avoid to do a project like this. I think really weird that media release it 'now' when it's still in 'investigation' (and almost over) when for SM, it was released only after they discover that they really did a tax evasion and have to paid (10 million I think?). Likewise, I'm sure that government verify and do investigation for many agency to be sure when they aren't sure at 100% (I mean, with all profits that some idols can do, it would not be strange to do it) but it's not like 'reporters' report this each time in media. With Yoochun's scandal, reporters do a 'bunch' of research and if they find something fishy or negative about C-Jes or JYJ, they report all in media. (This thirst for click bait and money) With this, I wouldn't be surprise if they release 'scandal' about Jaejoong or Junsu. But since they still not did it, I think that we can said that they are 'clean'. (Or they wait a 'better' opportunity?) I mean, if Jaejoong really went in prostitute bar, dispatch would do a 'joy' to release it in media already but no. I'm still remember the time they put an article about Jaejoong in a club with his sister saying it was maybe a girlfriend Seeing how everyone are against JYJ and C-Jes since 2009, I'm not surprise to see so much people spit on them but I'm still find weird that all be released when lotte and government are in many scandals. I mean, JYJ and C-Jes are a so big threat for them? Do they know some shits about them and they are scared that they reveal all? Something feels wrong about that. Since the start, it's one side AGAINST Yoochun. That's why so many people trust that he is guilty when police didn't even confirm if he was in 10cafe or with this/these girls. But, while some fans try to just wait police statement, everyone said that we're bias and blind delulu fangirls. I don't think it's bad for us to wait police statement if we don't bury girls. That's what we call the benefit of the doubt. Before 'throw' Yoochun, I want be sure that he is a rapist. I don't understand why it's wrong for us to want wait police? When the scandal of Yoochun blow up, I was expecting that media will use this opportunity to blow up JYJ and C-Jes but they exceed my exception. Congrats~ *irony* By the way, is it confirmed that A has refiled? Don't know. Police didn't confirm yet. But, it could be real. Now that police investigate on her, her boyfriend + cousin and link with gang, I wouldn't be surprise if she re-filed the case hoping that police focus more on this helping the gang (of ever it's true). And, police was unable to 'catch' her since she withdraw her case but media could have her 'story' and all in camera. And, maybe it's just me, but I think it's weird that she wait so much time to re-filed the case when it's been more than 2 weeks that other girls come after Yoochun. The show is also criticized for not only reporting based on 1 side but also appearing to side in favour of the interviewees. Many are especially upset that the show indirectly portray a wrong image of the job to young teens esp females that the place is decent and one can easily earn big bucks in just 2 weeks w/o any catch (the impression the interviewee gave in the show) The show is also criticized for their reporting overall as it claimed to an "investigative show" but it failed to capture both sides and it still went ahead with the broadcast. I'm sure that NB will not 'translate' these comments since it's seems that they are in favor of Yoochun. Btw, thanks. I see more and more korean people who said that they think that the case of Yoochun is weird and could be a 'cover' for things about government and It reassures me to think that 'maybe' public could be a little bit with Yoochun IF ever he is clean. (mostly if he is clean with SOLID proof). In a sense, it's not good to relay to much on 'netizen' since most of them are just people who want 'hate' someone for whatever reason. They aren't even majority but we stress because of their comments and Kpop fans relay to much on their comments some times. Ps: I thought that nobody saw these apologize because they only put a notice on their site so... They apologize on TV too?
