Alright with the OneHallyu Awards happening I decided to do a special AOTW to feature some of the new artists of 2013 (or late 2012  ). I was probably going to do this on my own some time before the end of the year, but now is fine. Since there is more than one artist for this there will only be a few songs for each of them, some have only released singles or a small EP so far anyways.

Are they from Taiwan? or from China, HK, Singapore, Malaysia??

i don't really pay attention to where they come from, it's simply either mandopop or cantopop for me. But let's see...Summer and Momo are mainland artists. The other soloists i think all are from Taiwan. Yi-cheng Yi-ching, ElephantGym, and Hom Shenhao i have no idea for.

Also if you follow cpop, Jia Jia and Ann were both nominated for best new artists at this years Golden Melody Awards. Both lost to Miss Ko i believe.

yes her version of Skinny Love is pretty good. I like it more than Birdy's version but i wish Diana didn't use the backing vocals or the echo or whatever that's called in those parts. i've never heard the original version of the song.
