A team of doctors attended a Twins Day Festival in Ohio and met 79 pairs of twins where either only one twin smoked or one twin started smoking 5 years before the other. Professional photographers then took their pictures and sent them to a panel of judges to evaluate the twins' faces and rate their signs of aging.
