Control Panel > User Accounts and Family Safety > User Accounts > Make changes to my account in PC settings > Change your password

 

Unless you meant something else?

 

EDIT: I believe this will only work if you have Start Menu 8 installed. If not, search for "user accounts" and follow the same steps from User Accounts and Family Safety.

Where the hell is control panel?

 

I dont get windows 8 -_- I changed the settings to "Users don't need to enter a password when waking the PC" but it still asks me for a password at start up

because that setting is for sleep, not for start up

Well I have Start Menu 8 installed, so it's pretty easily accessible. You have to search for it, I think.

nvm I got it. I went to the PC settings on the bottom right corner of the screen and clicked "change password" lol I figured out that if you leave the "New password" boxes empty then you won't have a password lols
