GodBot 1,005
Just bulk up. Eat surplus amount of calories and lift hard. After you feel that you are strong enough with enough muscle , it is time to go on a cut which means you should eat at a caloric deficit and you should do cardio/lifting/swimming/etc. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/<--- Just go on this forum to find out everything about lifting Optimum Nutrition is a good brand of protein powder, buy a tub of whey (pre/post workout drink) and casein (to drink before you sleep). Also , get some Creatine . (It will increase the intensity of your workout)

Pinkika 446
yes, i think i have to. but actually i'm not very strong. should i lift as heavy as i can from the start? or slowly increasing the weight? what you need to do is work out what weight is needed so you can do about 8-10 reps with getting a bit tired on the last couple reps. Do 2 sets of that 3 times a week. the next week increase to 10-12 reps. the week after that increase the weight slightly and do 8-10 reps again. then increase to 10-12 reps. follow that routine again at least once and then start doing 3 sets instead. This is ideal for muscle growth.
Suzy Quatro 1,441
If you have overweight and desire to have a better body I would advice for you to focus on losing some weight first and then proceed to build muscles. I don't know about supplements but you surely need to change your diet to have better and faster results.
