Hmm. I would clear any misunderstandings first. Then if they're still that way after that, well, I wouldn't consider them to be real friends. Friends stick to each other in bad times and in good times. But that doesn't mean that I would ignore them for the rest of my life. I would just limit my interaction to those 'friends'.

Depends if you're emo all the time and if you're the "woe as me" type.. it's hard to take someone seriously who's like that all the time. It gets really tiring supporting that person... but at the same time, that doesn't mean we should be hardasses to that except when it seems like tough love is the only way to help.

In any case though, friends should always try their best to support each other even if they don't side with them all the time. Although don't confuse support for always just agreeing with whatever they think.

To answer your Q. No, I wouldn't just based on that... unless they're assholes like that all the time to everyone, then if that was the case then that person was never truly a friend anyways and their opinions of me wouldn't matter in the end.

this happened with my ex best friend. I was trying to protect him and he knew it. But because he knew I want be his He just blame me. he said he sorry after few days. But the damage was done. So we are no longer friends.

Once or consistently?

If it's only once, I can forget that it ever happened.

Consistently? It's most likely still be the same answer. I've been hurt many times by this one friend back in high school. And I've been hurt a few times by friends when I'm need of support.

But when I compare the good times I've had with those friends with the bad, even when sometimes the bad outweighs the good I can forget that the bad things ever happened and move on. That's how I am, a foolish kid ^_^
