How accurate was the accommodation from the information, pictures, and reviews that were given on the website? they sometimes wrote some information on a way you can get it wrongly to make the booking looks better but you can find people mention that on the reviews section so it is ok 9. Were you able to find an accommodation that had your wants and needs? (Certain specific rooms, location, service, price range) yes , I was satisfied most of the time 10. How was the customer service booking.com provided you during your whole booking process? good and secured 11. Did you face any difficulties while booking? at first, then it was ok 12. Do you recommend using booking.com? Since I Prefer using it . I would absolutely recmmend it to others 13. They give a lot of spam but you can unsubscribe, I guess. (I am still getting offers to live in Dresden when I searched for it last year. P.S. I unsubscribed just now. Thanks for waking me up OP) 5. Cheap prices and good service. They have a lot of info too that is useful for a backpacker. 6. Not currently but if I had to book a room, I would. 7. Not that I remember.
