Cloud Of Perception 12,466
thats going to be super awkward but my advice would be to get the greeting out of thee way and not to speak frequently but just for work related issues

dayNight 662
depends on what position your friend holds and how often you have to interact with one another. it also depends on how long ago this happened and if you still think it was a big deal or not. that said, i find that avoiding things never really helps. Well, is there a possibility of re kindling the friendship? if so, maybe try and make small talk.
dayNight 662
He got mad that I got a bf and didn't date him. Oh, one of those. How awkward. It really depends on how long ago it was and what your position is in relations to his. Also, I assume you know him relatively well so you know that type of person he is. All of those things should factor in when making these decisions. When in doubt, keep it professional and don't bring any personal issues into work. Also, if you have mutual friends, you might want to consult them since they probably know your situation better than any of us here on the forum.
