Actually, Coco's natural. She has quite a few childhood photos, and even one of her parents. She pretty much has her dad's whole face, but with her mom's huge eye size. Stay jealous.

Since the early generations of SNH were recruited from older girls (18 year old average) compared to groups in Japan, there's no real way to be sure none of the members ever got a nose job or something similar when they were younger (other than when photo of them as kids exist).

 

That being said, when you have to pick 40 girls out of 200K applicants, chances are you can find 40 beauties that never needed to get any work done. Even if some did, it would never have been even close to the amount the average K-pop star (men and women) gets before they debut.
