Had a blast probably my new fav support Zenyatta was my original fav, but I just can not deal with how brittle and slow he is OTL Like, he was the weakest HP and he has absolutely no answer if anyone gets gets in his face OTL and god help him if a Widowmaker is in play. He's the top contender for worst hero in general, though the damage he brings out is pretty significant, that is if you can aim. If only he had armor instead of hp, or at least bump it up to 200. As time goes by moving more towards Lucio since knocking people off maps with his right click is hilarious. Apparently D.Va is the main contender for a buff for next patch? Didn't realise how large her crit hitbox was. I can see why they wanna buff her up a little. Zenyatta definitely needs one though. If only so he can actually momentarily survive widowmaker encounters. The game itself is fun but I want to find friends to play with I play mainly offensive champs, with Tracer being my favorite (despite the pathetic 19% win rate out of probably about 20 games... ). Torbjorn is so broken on console. How do you guys counter him? I try my best to get on Hanzo or Widowmakerto snipe his turrets out. I try my best to get on Hanzo or Widowmakerto snipe his turrets out. i go with junkrat or bastion tank mode but i like using torbjorn a lot with the turret i usually just put the turret close to a wall so i can hide behind it and hammering it while others are attacking the turrets gets me 15+ objective kill per game Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Step 192 Posted June 27, 2016 Share Posted June 27, 2016 Torbjorn is actually getting a nerf on consoles, a 30% damage reduction to his turrets, so it shouldn't be too much off a problem in the future. But yeah, outside of the heroes suggested, D.va is a good counter to his turrets - boost + shield until you're right in it's face (or better yet, behind it) and just shoot, a Zarya with a shield is pretty good too, I guess Winston as well, if you put a bubble down as Winston you can just kinda snake in and out with your tesla coil, though when I'm Winston I usually don't go out of my way to deal with turrets. I mentioned before but Zenyatta was my fav but I can't get behind his lack of health and lack of speed, and considering he needs to have people in his line of sight to work you kind of have to be a little in the field. I won't even mind his lack of health if they gave him better mobility options. Competitive is a little off, seems like it's not an accurate way of detecting a skill level, at least the provisional games. I guess when you start climbing that's when it makes more sense. Playing as a 6 man is a must do, or else you'll probably get some guys who don't switch off double sniper on attack or a genji who can't hit shit.. BUT YEA ITS PRETTY GOOD.
