If the temperature outside your bath is a lot colder than inside your bath then the sudden switch might cause you to feel nauseous or dizzy. It's happened to me a couple times. Joon 8,222 Posted May 24, 2016 Share Posted May 24, 2016 Yes, I don't take too hot of showers and baths for this reason, and can never use hot tubs. My endocrine system is completely fucked up, and I have a lot of adverse effects as a result, including fucking poor temperature regulation. Hot tubs especially make me feel very ill.
